When the cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, the moving cone does rotation swing under the eccentric sleeve, the section near the moving cone becomes the crushing chamber, and the material is crushed by the moving cone and the static cone several times of extrusion and impact in the crushing chamber. When the moving cone leaves the section, the material that has been broken to the required particle size falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the bottom of the cone. The surface of the crushing chamber is covered with wear-resistant high-manganese steel liner, and the size of the discharge port is adjusted by hydraulic pressure or manual.
The spring cone crusher is suitable for crushing all kinds of ores and rocks of medium hardness and above, and has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, easy adjustment and economic use. According to the needs of crushing operation, it can be divided into coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing, which generally acts on the second section crushing in the crushing production line.

Sealed design, more stable operation
The sealing form of dry oil or water is used to isolate the stone powder from the lubricating oil, ensure the cleanliness of the lubricating oil, and reduce the risk of dust or other small particles entering the crusher. The use of thin oil lubrication instead of grease lubrication, to prevent poor lubrication due to lack of oil, so that the friction coefficient of bearings and other components to the minimum, greatly reducing the loss rate of parts.

Equipment composition
The spring cone crusher is mainly composed of a frame, a fixed cone assembly, a moving cone assembly, a spring mechanism, a bowl shaft bracket and a drive. The auxiliary part is composed of electrical system, thin oil lubrication system and hydraulic cavity cleaning system.
