Working principle

The crusher is a continuous operation equipment. When working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed, and the material of the crusher enters the first crushing chamber and breaks, collides with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then enters the second crushing chamber for crushing, and finally is discharged at the discharge port.

The working part of the heavy crusher is the hammer fixed on the turntable according to a certain law. When the turntable tells the rotation, the hammer strikes the material loaded into the machine due to centrifugal force and rotating force, so that it is broken. At the same time, the stones hit each other and the lining plate and the grate between the machine, which also causes the material to break.

Equipment composition

The heavy duty fine crusher is mainly composed of upper body, lining plate, grate plate, hammer head, baffle plate, bearing, rotor, side lining plate, counter lining plate and other components.

The main working part of the heavy crusher is the rotor with a hammer (also known as the hammer head). The rotor consists of a spindle, a disc, a pin and a hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feed port, and crushed by the blow, impact, shear and grinding of the hammer with high speed movement. In the lower part of the rotor, a screen plate is provided, and the particle grade of the crushed material less than the size of the screen L is discharged through the screen plate, and the coarse particle grade greater than the size of the screen L is blocked on the screen plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer, and finally discharged out of the machine through the screen plate.
