Application Scenarios

Globally, our aluminosilicate refractory bricks are used by large steel companies, glass manufacturers, and non-ferrous metal smelters. Product introduction

Fire clay bricks are a major variety of aluminosilicate products. They are refractory products with an Al₂O₃ content of 30%-48%, made by using calcined fire clay as aggregate and soft refractory clay as a binder.

Classified as weakly acidic refractory products, fire clay bricks can resist the erosion of acidic slag and acidic gases. They also exhibit excellent thermal properties and good resistance to rapid heating and cooling.

The refractoriness of fire clay bricks is as high as 1690~1730℃.

Fire clay bricks can only be used in secondary parts of coke ovens, such as the sealing walls of regenerators, the lining bricks of small flues, the checker bricks of regenerators, the lining bricks of oven doors, the oven tops, and the lining bricks of riser pipes.
