The AK series crawler mobile jaw crushing station is specially designed for high hardness and highly abrasive ores. The unique deep cavity jaw crusher design ensures the optimal balance of feed particle size, output and crushing ratio of the crusher. Coupled with the high-strength and specially designed crawler chassis of the AK series crawlers, it can achieve full coverage of movement in complex terrain such as mining areas while ensuring the excellent performance of the crushing host. The feeder, conveyor, powertrain and electrical device integrated with the body ensure the continuity and reliability of the production line. The C-type jaw crusher adopts a unique modular, non-welded frame structure with two hot-rolled rigid side panels firmly bolted to the high-quality cast steel frame by means of precision-machined pins, which avoids the shortening of the durability of the equipment due to the concentration of stress, such as welded joints, when the equipment is subjected to impact loads.
